Bucketlist Lifehack™: Know your yes and definitely your hard no. Sometimes we’re raised to accept less. Other times we’re made to feel bad for demanding more.

Peppers are a combo of less and more. We don’t take the time to figure out our yes or no when it comes to this healing food. Some of us are trained with zero spice tolerance. Bucketlist

Healthhack™: Build pepper tolerance. Capsaicin in various peppers and piperine in black pepper prevent cancer. They’re studied in cancer treatment for increasing tumor sensitivity to chemo/radio-therapy. Peppers are anti-inflammation and, yes, anti-fat (they increase energy use effortlessly).

Sometimes we effortlessly tolerate less in relationships. There are repeated stories of womyn deceived in years of marriage by a gay or transgender partner. Bucketlist knows: With wrongs against womyn the blames back on ’em, or they’re made to feel bad because the other issue is way more important .

The freedom to Love who we want and live in our bodies as we wish is a right.
Our souls are gender fluid. So is God.
If stressed by someone’s gender or sexual preference, ignore them and instead learn yourself.

Womyn are conditioned to tolerate disappointment. There’s a lot of training that goes into gendering and family. On food, we’ve all settled for less. Americans and Europeans eat less than 1 gram of peppers per day. Others enjoy between 5-15 grams daily. Going to the heart of it all, and our actual hearts. Peppers reduce death from heart disease. Peppery Coconut Rice is truthfully delicious, healing, disappointment and Death-Free™. Perfect no matter your pepper training.

Bucketlist Soulhack™: Niyat kindness and learn yourself. Use peppers to train confidence and tastebuds. Peppery Coconut Rice is a simple yummy start to saying “yes” and “no” without compromising for lessness.

Bon appétit, Friends.
