∞ 3 tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked – 1 tbsp dry in 1/4 cup Water)
∞ 2 tbsp Besan (Chickpea Flour)
∞ 1 tbsp Sumac
∞ 1 tbsp Smoked Sweet Paprika
∞ 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk
∞ 1 tsp Bucketlist Garam Masala
∞ 1 tsp Salt

Liquids & Oils
∞ 1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses (OR Blackstrap)

You Need:

Fresh Ingredients
∞ 1 1/2 cup Masoor (orange) Lentils (soaked overnight OR minimum 3 hours)
∞ 1 Cabbage (chopped)
∞ 1/2 Red Onion (sliced)
∞ 1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
∞ 2 Garlic Cloves
∞ 1/2 inch Ginger
∞ 1/4 inch Turmeric
∞ 1/4 cup Cilantro
∞ 30 Mint Leaves (3 sprigs or stems)
