Kimchi Melt

Jobsworth always says, “sorry it’s my job”. Bucketlist Soulhack™: Don’t use your job to escape responsibility. There are enough tragic examples in history to make it an official Bucketlist Commandment.

We can’t turn off our conscious self. Nor should we.

Bucketlist Lifehack™: Who you are is not what you do. What you do should not overwhelm who you are. Who you are should always permeate what you do.

Kimchi is ancient food with pre-pro-post-biotic properties (cycle of living, feeding, elimination). It can help balance the who we are without worrying about ideas of who we’re “supposed” to be.

I’m blessed with a solid people-circle. Bucketlist true story: A dearest friend has a gift and passion. A legit “this is what you’re meant to do!” They quit office-life to pursue their intuitive-labor. They’re struggling to establish a detached professional identity. It’s mucking the uniqueness and passion that started their pro journey. Bucketlist Successhack™: Let who you are melt into what you do. Toss preexisting ideas of professionalism.

You’re not a religion or place you were raised or where some genetic-relative was born or the money in your account. You’re much more.

We’re conscious beings with trillions of microorganisms. Our j-o-b is neither the means nor the end. No matter how much we adore what we do. Our microorganisms link our brain, gut, heart and more. These tiny umpa-loompas shape our health, mood, weight, disease, instincts.

Kimchi is ancient food with pre-pro-postbiotic properties (cycle of living, feeding, elimination). It can help balance the who we are without worrying about ideas of who we’re “supposed” to be. My dearest is star who’s going to change the game.

Bucketlist Kimchi Melt is Death-Free™ deliciousness for our conscious and physical self. Easy to make, easier to enjoy. A solid intro for kimchi skeptics. Umpa-loompas like it too. Let your conscience influence your work, not the other way around. You don’t start something new to create more of the same. Bucketlist Soulhack™: If you find yourself apologizing for what your job makes you say or do, it’s time for new soul food. In the meantime, take long lunch breaks.

Bon appétit, Friends.
