• 1 tsp Chili Flakes
• 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric (OR 1/2″ fresh)
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1/2 Cinnamon Stick (ceylon)
• 3 Green Cardamom
• 2 Cloves
• 1 Allspice
