Bucketlist confession: I don’t usually go into the kitchen knowing. I’ll start. As I lay out ingredients, I’ll see all the forks in the road recipe. Adding this will create this. Combining that will make that. The possibilities. I’ve always been this way.

It was scary as a kid when you saw what choice meant and that another could mean something else. Bucketlist reality: It’s rarely just two choices and two outcomes. That’s how I saw my Parents heartbreak years before it happened. It’s why friends rely on me for strategy. It’s why I hate taking the kids to the veterinarian where choices go-to-die.
Years ago I was sitting in a hot spring. Bucketlist Longevityhack™: Soak for hours in hot springs. Three strangers joined. Two were chatty. “You come from a line of see-ers.” I had no idea what that meant. I smiled not to encourage ‘em. I pointed to my friend, “Do her instead.”

The one who hadn’t said anything looked straight at me, “I know you don’t want to hear it, but you need to know. The people who raised you couldn’t understand you.” Bucketlist for realz. Ever have a stranger hack your soul? She looked at my friend point blank, “You need to stop lying. Don’t worry about money, you’ll always be taken care of.” My friend, a fairly harmless liar-liar pants on fire, comes from incredible wealth and worries about staying rich.
Bucketlist shrugs. Who knows. I know I’m pretty solid at seeing options and analyzing outcomes. Cheesy Bean Corn Bowl’s a legit outcome. You only need tastebuds to see. There’s so much you can do. Sometimes it takes a stranger to show us.

You Need:
∞ 16 oz Bucketlist Beans-Meal-Ready (or beans soaked overnight)*
∞ 1 Corn fresh husk (non-GMO organic)
∞ 1/2 cup Cashew Cheddar (or oat, coconut or rennet-free)
∞ 1/2 cup Parsley
∞ 1 Long Green Pepper
∞ 1 tsp Salt
∞ 2 cups Water
*If using beans soaked overnight, add 1 teaspoon each salt, onion, garlic, coriander, paprika, black and red pepper.
