• 1 1/2 cup Cassava (no gluten)
• 1 1/4 cup Einkorn (low gluten breaks in water)
• 3 tbsp Cornmeal
• 3/4 tsp Salt

• 1/4 cup Cheddar (almond, cashew, coconut or rennet-free dairy)
